She has been cleaning teeth and calming nerves at Havens Family Dental for years, and she still gets a genuine kick out of seeing a patient's gums go from puffy and sore to pink and healthy in just a few visits. Liz has a light touch, a steady hand, and a habit of narrating exactly what she is doing so nothing ever feels like a surprise.

Liz got into hygiene because she liked the idea of a job where you actually get to see your work pay off. Plaque comes off, bad breath clears up, and patients who used to dread the chair start showing up relaxed. She is especially patient with kids and with anyone who has had a rough experience at a dental office before. She will slow down, explain what a tool does before she uses it, and check in constantly to make sure you are comfortable.

Beyond the cleanings themselves, Liz pays close attention to the small signs that matter: early decay, grinding patterns, gum recession, spots that need a closer look from the dentist. She works closely with the clinical team here so nothing falls through the cracks between your checkups, and she is always glad to answer questions about flossing technique, sensitive teeth, or whatever is bothering you that day.
