Our front desk coordinators handle all scheduling, insurance verification, and billing questions. You can reach them by phone during office hours, and they are usually the first people you will talk to when you call or arrive for your appointment. They are happy to check your coverage before you come in so there are no surprises.

A coordinator will greet you, confirm your paperwork and insurance details, and walk you back to a treatment room when it is time. One of our hygienists or assistants will review your dental history with you before the doctor comes in, so you never feel rushed or like you are repeating yourself at every step.

We try to keep patients with the same hygienist whenever scheduling allows, because that continuity helps us track changes in your gum health over time. If a schedule conflict means a different hygienist sees you, they will have full access to your chart and history, so your care stays consistent either way.

Our assistants and hygienists are trained to recognize dental anxiety and adjust how they communicate during a procedure, explaining each step before it happens and checking in frequently. We also build in extra time for patients who need it, and we are glad to talk through comfort options with you before treatment begins.

Call our office directly at 614-762-2737 and our front desk team will either answer your question themselves or route it to the clinical staff member who worked on your treatment. We follow up on post-procedure concerns the same day whenever possible.

Yes. Several of our hygienists and assistants have experience working with young patients and know how to keep a first dental visit calm and positive. We welcome families of all ages at our Blacklick office and are glad to schedule parents and children back to back when that is easier for your family.

Absolutely, just mention your preference when you schedule. We will do our best to match you with the hygienist or assistant you are comfortable with, though availability depends on their schedule. Our coordinators can let you know who is in the office on the day you are hoping to book.
